Green beans

Urid dhal

Channa dhal

Mustard seeds

Turmeric powder

Red chillies

Curry leaves

1-2 sprigs

Fresh coconut

Method:
- Finely chop the beans and add a little bit of water and boil the beans. Don’t overcook the beans.
- In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, urid dal, chaana dal, red chillies (broken) and curry leaves.
- Fry for a minute or two until the dhals turn red.
- Next, add the cooked beans. Fry for another few minutes.
- Add salt and fresh coconut and serve.
