Beans Curry



Ingredients
Green beans
250 gms
Urid dhal
1 tsp
Channa dhal
1 tsp
Mustard seeds
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tspn
Red chillies
5-6
Curry leaves
1-2 sprigs
Fresh coconut
3 tbspn
Salt
As per taste
Oil












Method:
  1. Finely chop the beans and add a little bit of water and boil the beans. Don’t overcook the beans.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, urid dal, chaana dal, red chillies (broken) and curry leaves.
  3. Fry for a minute or two until the dhals turn red.
  4. Next, add the cooked beans. Fry for another few minutes.
  5. Add salt and fresh coconut and serve.
