Ingredients
Rava/Semolina coarse or fine

Ghee (melted butter)

Cardamom powder

1 tsp

Shredded coconut

4 tbsp

Chopped cashews/Sultanas
|
2 tbsp

Milk

Method
- Fry rava with ghee until it changes colour slightly.
- Add shredded coconut.
- Turn the stove off and add the remaining ingredients except milk.
- Now mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle the milk over it. Press and shape it into round balls (lemon size).
- Leave it to cool for few minutes and then store it in an air tight container.
