Ingredients
Rice

Yogurt/curds

1 ½ cup

Mustard seeds

1 ¼ tsp

Urid dhal/channa dhal

1 tsp each

Green chillies

Oil

1 tbsp

Salt

As per taste

Coriander leaves chopped

Curry leaves

A few leaves

Method
- Cook rice and spread it in a bowl to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urid dhal, channa dhal and fry until light brown in colour, then add green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
- When the rice is completely cool, add seasoning, salt and curds and mix it well. You can add a little bit of water if it is too thick or milk if the curd is a bit sour.
- Serve with your favourite pickle.
