Ingredients
Four Bean mix

1 can 400 gms

Onions

1 large

Tomatoes fresh or tin
|
2 large or half tin
|
Cumin seeds
|
1 ½ tsp
|
Ginger/garlic paste(optional)
|
½ tspn each
|
Dhania powder/coriander pwd
|
1 tsp
|
Garam masala( Kitchen king)
|
1 tsp
|
Chilli powder
|
1 tsp
|
Turmeric powder
|
1 tsp
|
Oil
|
1 ½ tsp
|
Salt

According to taste
|
Method
- Chop onions finely.
- Wash and drain all the liquid from the four beans can.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds and when it splutters add onions and ginger/garlic paste. Fry until it turns golden brown.
- Now add all the powders and fry for 2 minutes and add tomatoes, salt and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add the beans and fry until everything is mixed properly.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapatis.
