Four Beans Curry



Ingredients
Four Bean mix
1 can 400 gms
Onions
1  large
Tomatoes fresh or tin
2 large or half tin
Cumin seeds
1 ½ tsp
Ginger/garlic paste(optional)
½ tspn each
Dhania powder/coriander pwd
1 tsp
Garam masala( Kitchen king)
1 tsp
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
1 tsp
Oil
1 ½ tsp




Salt
According to taste










Method
  1. Chop onions finely.
  2. Wash and drain all the liquid from the four beans can.
  3. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and when it splutters add onions and ginger/garlic paste. Fry until it turns golden brown.
  4. Now add all the powders and fry for 2 minutes and add tomatoes, salt and fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the beans and fry until everything is mixed properly.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapatis.
