Rava Laddu/Rave Unde





Ingredients                                         
Rava/Semolina coarse or fine
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Ghee (melted butter)
2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
1 tsp
Shredded coconut
4 tbsp
Chopped cashews/Sultanas
2 tbsp
Milk
¼ cup











Method
  1. Fry rava with ghee until it changes colour slightly.
  2. Add shredded coconut.
  3. Turn the stove off and add the remaining ingredients except milk.
  4. Now mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle the milk over it. Press and shape it into round balls (lemon size).
  5. Leave it to cool for few minutes and then store it in an air tight container.
